Amwal participated in The 3rd Qatar Economic Forum as the official Investment Banking firm, which was held under the auspices of His Highness Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and Organized by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce and the Pan-Arab Al-Iktissad Wa'l Amal Group with the strategic partnership of the Qatar Business Association. This year’s Forum addressed key challenges facing the rapidly growing Qatar economy under the recent financial crisis views and the post crisis outlook.

The event which was held in Sheraton Hotel in Doha brought together hundreds of high-profile delegates including professionals from the government and private sectors as well as financial and business leaders to assess new business prospects and opportunities across various fields of the economy.

Shiehka Hanadi Nasser bin khaled AL Thani , The Founder and Chairperson of Awmal was honored at the opening ceremony of the forum for her contributions for the country in the Awards Ceremony for "Business Leaders in Qatar" she was also a moderator at "The New Drivers of Property Markets in Qatar and the Gulf" session held in the second day of the forum .

Also Amwal CEO Mr. George Shehaded was a panelist in the Investment Outlook of Global and Regional Markets which took place in the second day of the forum which focused on Trends and expectations in the global markets in the coming phase, Expected trends in regional financial markets and Factors that will impact the performance of regional financial markets in the coming phase.
