Mr. George Shehadeh represents SHUAA Capital on the Board of Amwal.

Mr. Shehadeh is the Managing Director and Head of Corporate Investments of Shuaa Capital.

Mr.  Shehadeh joined SHUAA Capital in December 2005 and is responsible for the management of SHUAA Capital’s proprietary investments within the region and globally.  He also represents the company on the board of a number of its direct investments and investment funds. Prior to joining SHUAA, he was co-founder and CEO of Intrinsic Asset Management managing traditional and alternative investment funds since 1999.  Prior to that, he was a Fund Manager with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, now balckrock, in London where he was a member of a team of eight managers responsible for over $25 billion of institutional funds invested in UK equities.  Mr. Shehadeh started his career in 1991 in London with Coast Investments & Development Company, a Kuwait-based private equity firm covering investments in Europe.

Mr. Shehadeh has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from University College London.
